* Problem/Opportunity: AGCO 3D Product Advisor enables farmers to experience a self-guided sales approach, allowing them to easily identify the most suitable product for specific needs. Through a step-by-step real time 3D experience, farmers are led through the decision-making process while building their own fully-3D-visualised and ready-to-order machinery.
THE AWARD AND MY INVOLVEMENT
The Red Dot: Best of the Best is awarded for groundbreaking design and is the highest distinction in the Red Dot Award: Product Design. Only the best products in a category receive this award.
I collaborated with AGCO within the Unity organization to create a concept for their 3D Product Advisor. I was the hands-on designer crafting all UX and Visual Design work for our client, including a configurator design to be implemented in Unity, marketing and motion design works.

A playful and self guided real time 3D solution
The AGCO 3D Product Advisor supports farmers through a playful and easy-to-understand user experience. Farmers can learn more about available product features that match their specific needs and purchase decision criteria. Real-time 3D visualisation allows farmers to place the configured machinery into their virtual farming environment, which can later be enriched with machine performance data to represent a digital twin that can be used to enable best-in-class after-sales services and support. Leading farmers to the right products that will deliver sustainable productivity gains for their specific field is the unique selling proposition of the AGCO 3D Product Advisor. This experience is shaped both visually in real-time 3D and audibly to maximise access to the solution.
